***** by false adverti*****t : Cold Rooms Online

This company goes about advertising on the internet and all over that they are selling cold rooms as a complete unit for installation. When contacting them, they are very helpful until the money has been paid. Then you wait and wait for your "unit" to be delivered ...... And then came the big surprise, the "whole unit" did not include the pipes, and all the circuit breakers, the electrical cables, solinoid, contactors and whatever else to get the cold room working. (O and NO documents / instruction manual was included on how to assemble the unit) On contacting the business and speaking to Shaheed who "helped" us to spend over 100k for the "whole unit" we were told that we are responsible for the rest to get this working........REALLY!!!!!!!!!!

You can phone the business and report the problem on their website as much as you like, they will not answer you! NO calls or NO e-mails / online reports to them are being answered. They just ignore everything from us now......they moss now have our money.

How can a business advertise something as a "whole unit" and then there is actually nothing .......... you actually only get the shell??? THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND *****!!!!!!!
