Will rip you off and leave your appliance worse off than before they "fixed" it.

Took my washing machine 05 Apr, checked it and told me I need a new motor. R3350.00 later and I had my machine back with a "new motor" fitted, used the machine and it did exactly the same thing as before the motor was replaced. Took them weeks to then come and collect my machine again and then told me I need a new spider shaft, reluctantly paid them another R2200 for a new spider shaft. Got the machine back and was told my my domestic afterwards that when they tested it it made a funny sound, did a load and the drum is shaking around in the machine like you have a bag of bricks in it, not what it is supposed to do with a new spider shaft. Even though they then obviously knew (unless they really are that ***********) that my machine is not fixed they gave it back to me. Now again it is a struggle to get them out to come and actually fix my machine, these guys are absolutely useless and *********** and will only ***** your money and leave you with an appliance worse off than when you sent it to them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
