LIES

The consultant by the name of LUCY called us to let us know they are dealing with my dad's payout/pension, and that we must send them the documents that are outstanding in order for them to release the funds, the documents are sent 6 months back already, and they said it will take about 3 months for the funds to be released, THIS IS ONE PATHETIC COMPANY, THEY ARE QUICK IN ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS THEY NEED, AND THEREAFTER THEY DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR...USELESS BUNCH. I AM GOING TO KEEP ON COMPLAINING EVERYDAY UNTIL THE FUNDS ARE RELEASED, JUST SO THEY KNOW.
