Cold Care and Repair CC - Pretoria- Very Substandard Poor workmanship and owner is extremely rude.

Please do not use the Services of Cold Care and Repair cc in Pretoria. The owner Tristan is rude and a ******. Furthermore, his workmanship is absolutely untidy and rather unprofessional. He left holes in the wall on the indoor split unit without filling it with Poly- Filla. When I requested he fill this in with poly filla, his reply that he is late for a another job and I can do it my self. Furthermore, The indoor samsung unit was installed not parallel to the ceiling and it is visibly skew. The outdoor unit was installed with my own aircon ducting as he didnt arrive with his own. Furthermore, he requested bolts for the mounting brackets (which I supp**** as well). He attempted to mount the outdoor unit too high( visible from Neighbours homes) which is against my estate regulations. When I requested he mount this lower to the ground, he got very angry and asked "why do you people live in this estate". All is all- very untidy "***-boy" type work, dont care attitude towards customers, unprofessional and a ******. I would never use this company again.
