Worst brach in Western Cape

<p>I have now ordered exactly 20 Pizza's from Col' Cacchio Durbanville and every single Pizza has been cold and stale by the time it gets to my house and not once does the management appologise or admit fault on their side all i get is lame excuse after lame excuse and a prommice it will never happen again. Yet 20 times in a row over an hour late and cold. The last excuse was my gate would not open yet they take your phone number when you order a Pizza. I think this branch should close it's doors sooner than later, they are ruing the Col' Cacchio brand one cold stale Pizza at a time. I can't imagine I am the only person having these issues. Please take action and close this Branch.</p>
