Very bad service at Col C Gateway

Very disappointing experience. Col Cacchio Gateway.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. There were approximately 10 people in the restaurant so I am unsure why our food took so long to arrive. To think that the hospitality sector has been affected so badly during co vid u would think that the patrons would be taken care of better. The service has dropped since the new owners had taken over. I was a regular and now I would not go to the restaurant again. This is really sad as i enjoyed the restaurant. We cancelled our food and left. I was not prepared to stay as I was extremely hungry. Very disappointing experience.
