Unprofessional service

Ordered food on UberEATS for pickup at Fourways (Monte Casino) - Food was fine. However, service was really unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly at pickup. The order wasn’t labelled or packed, so nobody was sure where my order was, and when asked for assistance the waiter just started opening up all the pizza boxes at the pass, which is not something I was comfortable with during COVID. Food was good but service of waiting staff was really poor.
