The worst service I have EVER experienced

I would like to start off by stating that I loved going to Col'cacchio but what happened on 27 January 2016 left me disgusted and disappointment. lunch with the family, they wanted Ocean Basket but I wanted pizza. So we sat at Ocean Basket but asked and was advised by both the Ocean Basket and Cal'cacchio waiter that we can order my pizza. So Roy our waiter brought us the menu. The pizza that I wanted was not on the menu so Roy suggested I order a Magaritah and add chicken. When the pizza came something was off. I think it was the dough but the chicken was also EXTREMELY dry. I called Roy and explained to him and even said they can also taste the pizza. After a few minutes Roy came back to tell me that THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BADNESS OF THE PIZZA AS I CREATED MY OWN. I asked how is it that they make it seem like I came with the bad ingredients. To cut a long story short, I asked to speak to the manager Keith, he refused, said if I wanted to talk I must walk to where he was. Roy came back with the disgusting pizza and the bill. Said I can eat it or leave it. They don't care. I'm shocked at how customers are treated. It is unacceptable & disgusting
