Terrible service

This Brand is being damaged by who ever owns this Col' Cacchios. The staff are terribly trained. Service is slow and poor (waiting 55 min for a person to clear the table of other people's rubish.) then waiting 35 min for a coke zero. Im tired and hungry. Such slow service is putting me in such a bad mood. We had to clear the table ourselves and place it at the front. We had to go find a waiter for service. Non of the staff was willing to help. And there is no one here running this place that can look after there workforce. a place like this does not deserve business. You need consumers more than they need you. Please note. Steer clear of this restaurant. It is ruining the reputation of the brand.
