SHOCKING SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH

Hyde Park Col Cacchio is by far the worse service I have ever received from a restaurant, We went for dinner on Saturday, and was assisted by Flo, the waitress, We asked her if we could sit at a table in the corner as we had a pram. She told us it has been reserved and needed to sit at a smaller table, There was NO reserved sign on this table! 5 minutes later other people walked in and came to sit down, Flo did not tell them that this table is reserved, We waited and she brought us menus, and to my disbelief she served the table that sat down after us, Not once did she come back and ask if we wanted anything to drink. After 5 minutes I got up and went to call the manager. Not once did she apologise. The manger,Tabiha was even more useless. He didn't even apologise for her terrible service! No wonder the waiters have a don't care attitude as the manager is exactly like this! We left and went to Tashas were we always get better service! I will never ever return to this restaurant and will tell all my friends and family to stay clear of this place! Terrible terrible service!
