Service that guarantees return customers

There was a comedy of errors and confusion and a driver that got hopefully lost in delivering a order. The manager ( I forget his name) and Minnie provided excellent customer service. Their response to my concerns were dealt with instantly and mistakes were accepted and rectified. Not long after I called the 2 of them personally came to my residence to deliver my order and personally apologise.<br> <br> I have never experienced honest service like this and turning a potentially volatile situation into a great customer experience. Hoping you grow your customer base as I am re-telling my experience as far as I go...because excellent, open and honest service is like a diamond in the rough.
