Rude waitress

Yesterday 24 February 2018 was at Broadwalk Port Elizabeth, we are Jhb residents we came here for work related . We were going around Broadwalk we spotted Col'Cacchio and we like the place back home & we know their warmth hospitality. First when we got there there was like 3 tables that were vacant the other 2 ones no one wanted them as they were high chair we asked for another one the guy who escorted us told us there is only 2 of us so he can't give us that lower chairs one. Couple who was just behind we given the one we wanted they were two like us. My husband asked but we got here first and isn't it unfair that we wanted the same table and it's not reserved but people who were just bihind us got it. The guy apologized said he is going to give us another one let's just order drinks so long. We ordered drinks mentioned that he was going to hand us over to other waiter. Someone else came to give us drinks, then table next to us people left the the guy who had dreadlocks ask the lady for us to move to that table. This lady screamed that this is her he must go look for another table, we were shocked by the level of anger she showed us. I asked her politely that we got here first, she didn't want to here none of that cleaned the table when she took dishes and passed next to us. I tab her on the shoulder she passed ignored me all together but shouting of cause. The humble waiter with dreadlocks came to apologize then told us he will organize us a table. By that time I was annoyed told my husband let's rather leave just pay the drinks. He told me we won't give her the satisfaction.

The manager saw what was happening never came to us apologies, the guy who promised us a table came back and we were nicely sitted I went to that lady to tell her what she did was wrong , I've been to so many Col'Cacchio from Eastgate, Mall of South, Benmore I never experienced any of this rudeness. She gave me an am sorry attitude and took off her name badge so that I can't see her name.

I never experience poor service like I did in PE I can tell u we had 4 waiters coming to serve us : from other one drinks , change of place , bringing food and bill . We had to even tip two people the humble waiter with dreadlocks pity I didn't take his name but he is the only guy that gave dreadlocks and the guy who brought the bill.

The rude waitresses also have dreadlocks is the only woman who have dreadlocks dark and a bit chaby.

I feel sorry for the owner of the place to have done staff that knows nothing about world class Custer service including that guy who is a manager there, gossiping with staff instead of being a problem solver.
