R700 Pizza, Really?

starWorst Service. My boyfriend took me to dinner here on 26 of April. Our bill came to R408 and the waiter entered R308 in the card machine. My boyfriend corrected his error but realised the next day that both the amounts (R308 and R408) had come off of his account. It has been almost three weeks of phone calls to the owners/managers and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Each time we call we are promised that the problem is being dealt with and we will be called back. Not once has this promise been followed through on. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning to your restaurant but we do expect repayment.
