Poor Service

Hi. I would like to bring the following to your attention. Col’cacchio Nicol Way Service. I understand that there is load shedding and this does provide difficulty with respect to the kitchen, but upon arrival a group of people are standing outside waiting for service and no one even around to filter people into the restaurant or take orders. Approximately 8-10 people waiting to be helped and no manager or front of house in sight. Manager comes out and says please be patient we have load shedding which I understand can result in delays, but to have no front of house to coordinate. You would think with current levels of the economy you would welcome people to your restaurant. No system in place. I hope this is taken to heart and changes are made.
