Poor Experience at Col'cacchio Montecasino

My experience at Col'cacchio Montecasino was horrific to say the least. The female manager that is on duty is absolutely rude and condescending to say the least. I was asked 'what did I have to eat and or drink" for purposes of tracing my waiter in terms of a complaint that I had brought to her attention. The service is less than complimentary notwithstanding the fact that this restaurant is located within Montecasino. The don't care attitude of this manager on duty is disgusting not to mention her level of inconsistency and dishonesty especially given the high influx of bookings during the rugby world cup series. I certainly WILL NOT be going back to this restaurant; some basics need to be revisited such as treating your clients with some respect at minimum. Rather concerning to say the least. Really sad that businesses such as this notwithstanding the current economic landscape, have no regard for the customer experience and further that there are no values within this organisation that are people centric. A great cause for concern.
