Poor customer service & awful pizza Col'cachhio Waterfront

On 12th July we order pizza from the newly halaal Col'cacchio for lunch. The team was planning on working all night so we decided to give this place a try. We placed an order via Ubereats totalling over R600 i.e 4 large gourmet pizzas. When we received the pizza boy were we shocked! The pizzas were ice cold and it appeared to have all been thrown together and squashed, presentation was pathetic. Half of the pizza was not even cut and the prawn pizza smelt off! I called the manager who apologised and immediately said he'll collect it and replace it as we were in Dock road close by. 5 minutes after this he called me back saying he's area manager needs to address this! When the area manager called I had to hear that they can't take responsibility for this I must speak to Ubertreats. Really now? The pizza was delivered quickly but ice cold and looked terrible and unfit for consumption! I was basically told it's not their problem. I sent pics of the pizza via what's app but still they would not accept accountability.Please do not support this place as customer service sucks they would not listen or even try and make this right!
