PATHETIC, USELESS, *********** SERVICE

Utterly pathetic service - delivery got lost enroute, over an hour and half waiting, and still no food (despite website advising 45minutes maximum wait). So much for a birthday treat for our little son. A one-star rating is generous. I would leave no stars if it was an option. This is appalling service - gross incompetence, and downright stupidity. It is incomprehensible that a DELIVERY driver can get lost - surely navigation is a necessary skill and how difficult is it to follow google Maps?
