Pathetic and Slow service

We arrived and ordered 1 bottle of spring water and 1x pizza<br> After seeing 2 other tables who arrived after us, receive their meals, eat and leave we managed to flag down a waiter to follow up on our order. Over an hour of waiting we received our pizza, and asked the waiter to send the manager along with our bill. The GM came and explained our pizza was burnt and he personally ordered a new one to be made. Surely if they had issues they should have pushed ours to the front of the queue... He offered to discount us our bottle of water. Great thanks. probably R5 cost for you. 2 hours wasted... u can keep your R5
