Pathetic and disgusting service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!

We decided to come and eat at the colcacchio mall of the south on the 30 of dec. I decided to bring my mum to taste the food as she is from the UAE. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. 1stly we had a waiter who was apparently on training. we asked for a jug of water before we ordered our meal which was brought to the table just before we paid the bill. Secondly we ordered a lemonade about 3 times we had to remind her and even at the end she didn’t even bring it. Third she brought us the pizza, no side plates or cutlery until we had to ask 10 mins later as there was no waiters around to even help us. And last but not least we ordered the butter chicken pizza which said chicken and yoghurt what we received was 1 piece of chicken on each slice of pizza with a hole lot of onions, like we ordered an onion pizza. Not forgetting the waitress didn’t explain how the vitality discount works we ordered a salaad and it was time to pay and then did she want to explain that we needed to take a pic of the salaad. I mean that needed to be advised before we even ordered. Sorry to say but i will never recommend colcacchio Mall of South to anyone as the service was pathetic not to even mention the food!! I would def rate this place a 0/10
