Order not delivered and payment was made

I ordered pizza yesterday worth R351 and the driver took long to pick the foot and after picking up the food he just went out of the shops and the bike was not moving for some time and app said I must rate my delivery, I rated the driver and sent a complain twice yesterday and this morning again that I didn’t get my order and I paid using card. There’s no response till now… I really regret
