Not Honouring Advertised Prices

<p>Visited the Durban Gateway branch on 2017/05/29 for their advertised specials of buy 2 classic or gourmet pizzas and get the cheaper one free. The specials are advertised on their website, posters and inflight magazines. The managr said that the special is not for takeaways. I showed him on the website it says that it is for sit-in and take-aways with only delivery excluded. He then said that the advert was a mistake. I then asked why its taken so long to rectify the website as the special started on 1 May already. I also told him that I get the specials for take-away at the Jo'burg stores. He then said that it applies for the Gateway store only. He couldn't produce any T&Cs that indicated this. My view is that the owner is in contravention of the Consumer Protection laws and must be held to account by the franchise. It costs us as customers time and money to go to your store only to be confronted by **** like this.</p>
