No pizza! Lying staff!

I called for a take away pizza at 19:07 and was told 25 - 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant just before 19:30 and was told it's almost ready please take a seat being a little early I didn't mind waiting. 10 minutes later I followed up and was apologized to and told that the pizza will be ready soon, an additional 10 minutes later I got the same story... Another 15 minutes later I was told sorry they haven't made my pizza at all and lost my order! That's an hour out of my life completely wasted, and I understand that mistakes happen but do you have to spend 35 minutes lying to me?!? Disgusted by service and the way I was blatantly **** to.
