Impossible to get a refund from Col'cacchio

Seems impossible to get a refund from Col'cacchio. The V & A Waterfront branch incorrectly charge me twice for a meal and it's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my refund. In addition, they haven't once bothered to contact me with an update, I've called and emailed them several times without any success :-(
