Food poisoning at Col'Cacchio Canal Walk

On Saturday 14 December 2019 my family had lunch at Col' cacchio Canal walk. Me and my mom shared a salad and both ended up with food poisoning 3 hours later. I informed the restaurant as it had to be the salad considering the fact that we had nothing else to eat that day. The manager apologized and said he would get back to me (after reporting the matter) and would contact me the next morning. Neither of these ever happened and I have never heard back from Col'chacchio again. Pathetic service.
