Don’t eat at Cal’cachio Randsteam- the worst meal and worst service

I ordered two pastas through uber eats, the one being a prawn pasta. The prawns in the pasta was raw and the taste of the pasta was atrocious. The other was simply of poor quality. Called the shop and complained, to which a person (whom I believe was the manager) advised me that other people were happy with their pasta- this implies that my complaint is unwarranted. The person then requires that I jump into my car to drive to him to return it- this ignores that I had to pay to get the pasta to me and he similarly could have made the effort to have it returned.

All in all, this was the worst meal I have ever had and the “customer service” is deplorable.
