Dispointing Service

Col caccchio in Cavendish Square, Waited a long time to be seen too. I do understand a restaurant can be full at times and you are unstaffed but not even an apology, I was prepared to get up at one stage but finally got asked if we were seen to , then no cutlery , servittes .it's just dispointing service. I do hope that this does not happen again.
