My entire evening has been ruined by the bad manners of the waitress called Patricia at the Centurion branch. She was clearly not happy with the tip I left and informed me that it should be 20 per cent. I spoke to the manager who was totally indifferent to the entire incident and said I needn't leave a tip at all if I didn't want to. Too damned right Patricia. If your earnings are purely tips, then at least show a bit of respect. I won't be going there again.
