Disappointing Service

Hi,

I am very disappointed. My partner and I often visit the Col'cacchio at Monte Casino. We went on 16/02/2020 before attending the theatre. From the second we arrived, we received poor service. We waited to be seated, four waiters walked passed without assisting us. After waiting for 15 mins we seated ourselves at the last outdoor table (set up as a 6 seater but was two 4 seaters pushed together. When a waitor finally arrived he asked us how many people would be joining. We said the two of us. He then looked at us confused and rudely told us that we were at a 6 seater. I pointed out to him that it was the last table. He rudely told us again that it was a six seater. So I asked should we rather leave the restuarant as he wasn't offering any other solutions? As I was asking if we cold seperate the two 4 seater tables he rudely made a fuss and walked away. So we left.

I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to a lovely meal. Won't be going back there anytime soon!
