Consistent positive experiences and great value, quality pizzas

I often order their current 2 pizza special on Tuesdays for R189 - click and collect. While I've always had positive experiences at the various colcacchio restaurants that I've visited, I would like to commend the Benmore Gardens franchise in particular. I place the exact same order every week - I'm that kind of person. I am always pleased to see the same generous, good quality toppings, served by friendly staff. I usually order online and then collect myself. Ordering online says it'll be ready in 15 minutes. They were running a little bit late. This was not a problem for, and I did not complain. However, the staff and manager saw that I was getting a little bored. So they gave me a free chocolate milkshake! It was a great moment of magic!

While I generally have praise for the brand, if I were squeezed for a suggestion, I'd appreciate smaller holes in the cardboard pizza boxes - anything to keep the pizza hotter for longer (especially in winter!).
