Col’Cacchio Willowbridge Experience

WOW, what an experience! I have always had a love for good italian food and good service, which go hand in hand. How you present something has always been of importance when you create an expectation of a mouth watering “Apple Tart” only to be disappointed with a dreadful yet unappealing bland pastry covered in apples (minus the covered caramel sauce & flouring display.) We were promised the special order of the famous “Carb Clever Cheescakes” and many moments later disappointed (20 minutes atleast) to find out there was only one left. My “Macadamia Chocolate Coffee” came cold and no proper explanation was given. I am utterly disappointed in the experience I received at Col’Cacchio Williwbridge branch and will not be returning nor advising any of my fellow colleagues, friends or family members to visit this branch. Money well wasted. Indeed.
