Charging an additional R105 for an extra item on a R95 pizza

Horrible experience with manager Owen. I was charged an additional R105 for an extra item on a R95 pizza. I was told I would be charged extra, but when I got the bill they forced me to buy two meals (spaghetti and pizza) without even giving me the meals I had payed for. When confronting the manager he said he would give me the pasta and proceded to give me only boiled spaghetti in a take away container. When I explained that this was not fair, he said that he agreed that it was unfair but that he could not do anything about it. I will not be going back to this establishment.
