Bad Service

On Sunday the 22nd of November 2015, my friend and I went to colcacchio in montecasino, for a late lunch before a movie.<br> We asked if we could please sit outside on the balcomy, we were not told there was a problem with bees there. When we relised there was one, our waitress said she will burn coffee to put them at ease, however she dissapeard for like 15minutes and in that time , the bees came and flew into our drinks and food. She then told us she needs to find out whats going to happen to my food. after another 15mins she offered to replace it however as we were rushing to catch a movie i could not wait. they then removed the item from my bill however the service i got was horrible, the waitress was not pleasant and the turn around time on everything was delayed. does it take so long to burn some coffe, or make a decision on food?? <br> We love colcacchios but will certainly not return to that one!!
