Poor service

Really not happy with the service we received today. I took two cars for a wash, dry and vacuum. I asked how long will it take. The person on duty said it will take 1 hour. After 50 minutes they haven't even started with one of the two cars. When we asked about it he said there were issues but didn't elaborate on that. We have other appointments and therefore asked that the cars be finished in 30 minutes. One hour later (after asking the cars to be done in 30min) the cars were finished. But it was really not done properly. I am really not happy with the service we received!
