Dissapointed

My mother in law thought that she would treat us ob Friday 10th of August by taking us to Colbyn restaurant we were a table of 12 people

Highly disappointed in the restaurant 1. Bathrooms stank and were dirty there were no hand towels in the bathroom and on the basin there was a plastic with empty toilet rolls. 2. The food was horrible most of us ate the ribs special there was no basting on the meat, and it was only bone, everyone complained that it was difficult to cut the ribs, my mother in law gave her plate to my husband because she could not cut her meat herself and the whole plate fell onto his lap with all her food ending up on the floor because of the hard dry ribs. 3. My pizza was made first and was standing on the side for long and we waited for our food very long,so when all the food was ready my pizza was handed to me, and it was horrible so hard and hardly anything on it. 4. We had to call a waiter for surviets and had to share 1 try with sauce between 12 people. 5. The table cloths were a nuisance it was so long as we stood up we kept taking the table cloths with us and spilled our drinks my mother in law wanted to take them off. 6. The waiter bought menus for the kids and 6 drawing pencils for 3kids to chare of which only 2 worked and 1 pencil was marked with some kids name tag, and in the dirty cup was a lid of a cold drink really !! 7. And how disgusting was it when a guy i assume the manager went by each table with a cheese cake he took from the fridge promoting it to everyone to buy after eating,, really!!! I wont ever buy that after he laughed and spoken over it please dont ever do that again surely we arent the only people who found that strange. We wont be eating there ever again.

And we paid so much money for only bad service.
