Bad Management - Times they are a changin'

<p>Many will know that Colbyn Golf Park & Restaurant is known for their daily food specials, which in the past was always a deal not to be missed. Things have unfortunately have changed for the worse.</p> <p><br />After receiving our <span style="text-decoration: underline;">cold</span> chicken schnitzel (ladies size) and chips (Wednesday special), I was contemplating ordering a second serving, only to be informed by our waiter that the new rules are 1 per customer.</p> <p><br />The new rules also stated that chips are the only side option - The week before, we allowed unlimited servings and a choice of sides (salad, veg or chips)</p> <p><br />After explaining our disappointment to the manager, we were simply told that the low price is the reason for the limit and that customers tend to abuse the special. He was not at all willing to make an exception, even though 80% of the seats were empty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly Colbyn's business is flourishing and my support is neither required or appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for better days - Goodbye</p>
