COLIBRI TOWELS

I purchased a batch of Colibri towels from Makro online last year. Each and every one of the towels snag on absolutely everything and the quality is super poor.

I emailed their quality control and asked them to check the batch and I provided all the info. After being ignored for a few weeks, I sent a reminder, to which I received a response that they would look into this matter. A month later, still nothing. This is extremely disappointing, as I have supported the branch for over 30 years.
