Colbri Towels - Proudly South African

I recently purchased 8 Colbri Towels - Proudly South African. When I did a pre-wash before using them the thread had snagged and anything that touches the towels that has a bit of roughness causes the thread to snag and pull out.So new towels after two washes a looking tatty. I have old Colbri towels which do not have a snag at all and that I must presume that quality control was stricter. I have written to Colbri towels but never had a response. I will give these towels away and buy imported towls of good quality.
