Bad Service

I saddens me to have to revert to this platform in the hope of receiving a positive response from Colbee Accountants.

I was initially introduced to Colbee Accountants when I requested a business plan to be drafted by Swiftreg. I was given a quote of just under 5K which I had to pay up front in order for any work to begin.

To date I haven't received the professionally developed business plan that I was promised after payment was made. Neither have I received any feedback from Colbee Accountants since my last inquiry/ correspondence sent on the 13 of September 2017.

Colbee Accountants were contracted in May 2017 to render this service and to date has failed to produce. I dont think it even slightly fair or realistec for someone to have to wait this long for a business plan to be drafted.

If they are unable to produce the goods surely I should be refunded as the service/ product that I paid for has not been produced.
