Wack online transact services!

Their online app service for transacting NSFAS allowance is very bad! Too much charges also and too many errors. It is so frustrating to use their services because as it is we are struggling as students to make simple immediate EFT. I have been sending countless emails from towards end of June, a week ago and even today. There are no responses not even automated ones that show a ticket number to atleast show your issue is being attended to.
