Unpleasant customer service

I'm having the worst experience with Coinvest Africa. At first, I tried to log in, and my credentials were working fine the past 2 month are aperently wrong even though I saved them on Google passwords. Then, I tried to reset my login credentials, but I am not getting the sms to start the process no matter how many times I try to request it. I sent them an email explaining the difficulties I am encountering with Coinvest and they haven't responded. I then tried to call their contact center where you hold for a good 6 minutes then the voice prompt says "goodbye" and hang up.
