poor rest password methods .. and poor service

I've been struggling to reset my coinvest password for 2 months now ...i know i put my original username there , thing is i forgot password,so when i do used my username to reset, it says username is unknown.. but alternative you can use the phone you provided when you where creating account as a username...i did try using my phone number but still I'm unable to reset my password, it says username is unknown..ok i wrote an email to them, i don't know why it takes this to get a response... their contact numbers, I've been trying to call them but no luck ..it just hangs itself up ,or rings without anyone picking up ..
