Coinvest nsfas is useless

I am a student at UNISA and I haven't got my book allowance since NSFAS is working with coinvest, the coinvest portal have been having issues since the beginning of 2nd semester, I'm unable to upload my ID document for authentication purposes their system keeps saying oops there has been a problem. I've tried sending them emails to resolve their issue but no luck. Their customer service doesn't not go through at all. The exam season is two weeks from now and I'm unable to buy university prescribed books.
