Coinvest Issues with NSFAS allowance not resolved after months

This company is by far the worst that a South African organization such as NSFAS can employ. They do not care about the prioritization of students who depend on allowances from NSFAS and neither does NSFAS. I have been trying to contact them for months regarding my book allowance I did not receive from last year. It's been more than 6 months for that matter. There is no live chat (why is it even there in the first place) and no operating contact details apart from an email address where queries are not responded to. Calls are being hung up on. We have no solution at all. They don't even have social media, which is obviously for the reason of avoiding thousands of queries and complaints from students. We are looking forward to the day you will answer our calls and emails and actually help with our issues. You amplify our already existing problems with NSFAS. We don't need companies like this. We were better off.
