Coinvest horrible service

I'm so tired of coinvest by now I wonder why nsfas changed to coinvest cause it's so *********** been trying to withdraw money for 2 months now even tried calling them it's either the line says busy or it just ends and no one responds the emails. Their app is another thing you try and withdraw it keeps sending a lot of otp's and the withdrawal doesn't even go through I'm so so disappointed and angry at the same time cause I need this money to buy textbooks it's almost exam time 😞
