Can’t log in

I’ve been trying to log on my Co invest account but it’s kept on claiming that my password is incorrect when I tried to reset it I can’t receive the OTP. I can’t do any transactions it keeps on declining while I have the money. I tried calling Co invest but their line was busy. It’s been a week now
