Bad service and unpaid allowance

I been contacting coinvest with regards of my allowance as it was unpaid. They do not respond they send automated emails and give u ticket numbers in which they do not follow up on. I have been communicating with them for months and there is no response from them. The allowance for 2023 and u cant access their channels without cash in their account and they offer bad services. Hopefully you will attend to the matter asap.
