Don't use CoinOp Laundry Service

The worst experience, I should've know the first time I used them. Close to home, convenient and quick. Get back my crisp white pillow cases, yellow stain. But I thought, maybe they old and need to be replaced. Like they say... note the red flags when they present themselves. Today's experience was no different. The person responsible to relay information when you drop off laundry, doesn't know how to talk to clients. On drop off never was I told how the ironing of the items is calculated and when I question it on pick up I get a barrage of attitide and hostility. Instead of apologising and taking accountability for not delivering the information correctly I am met with a belligerent response. NEVER going there again.
