No customer service at all. No contact number. No updates on social media at all. All you get is a email address. Very fancy website but they cannot be legit. After having problems in the past and now I cannot retrieve any of my coins. Better off with Altcoin Trader or Luno. Coindirect are either insolvent or ******** one of the two.
