****med R3100 by Coindirect

I deposited money at a nedbank atm on 26/03/2021 an amount of R3000 at Attlyn mall and another R3100 at centurion mall nedbank.I didn’t know Coindirect does not accept atm deposit as I always deposited at the atm. Later I was informed that I will get my refund(they only paid R3000 after hundreds of emails)I am still waiting for R3100 and I get the same response”finance is handling the matter”.I need advice so I can report Coindirect ****
