Coindirect has the potential to do well but their systems and staff seem to have a problem. Many times my deposit would not be taken up automatically and i would have to nag for it to be uplifted. Then other times to withdraw funds would take days to flow with the longest being 8 days. The last stra was that i had a lump sum payout and i invested the funds. Coindirect froze my account and asked for me to verify my 3year old account with them. They said that my account was now subject to UK law. My account is an SA account with a SA bank account. I have never had anything to do with the UK, no transfers no investment etc. Nothing I gave them the relevant docs and 1.5 weeks later still no progress. Overall I think that there is something fishy with them and when funds are demanded they somehow delay things. My recommendation is get your funds and coins out of coindirect just in case they go under. Never leave your coins on coindirect. Take them out to your wallet.
